| Anthony (Tony) Atkins, CCIM
has been active in the Commercial Real Estate Business since 1972. Tony has been a resident of Augusta his entire life. He is a member of The Augusta Chamber of Commerce. Tony graduated from The University of Georgia in 1961 with a Degree in Business Administration. He earned his CCIM designation in 1979. Tony has been awarded the H. Gould Barrett Award for the most “Unique Sale” four separate years. He has also been a member of The Master Million Dollar Club for over twenty-five years.

joined Atkins & Associates in 2004 as a Commercial Sales Associate. She is a member of both the Georgia and the National Association of Realtors. In 2010 Connie earned the prestigous CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, awarded to Real Estate Professionals with proven qualifications in financial, market, user and financial analysis. Connie is licensed in South Carolina and Georgia as an Assoicate Broker.

joined Atkins & Associates in 2009. Charles has been active in Commercial Real Estate since 2005. Charles has more than 25 years experience in small business retail ownership and petroleum jobbership. Charles is active with the local Columbia County Merchants Association, Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and Local Government.

| Martha Baxter
joined Atkins & Associates in 2010 as a Commercial Sales Associate and is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina. An Augusta native, Martha graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Math in 1973. After a 32 year career in commercial banking, Martha is excited to enter the commercial real estate field and is available to service all your commercial real estate needs.
